The attached tracking number was wrong, so I couldn’t track my package. When I contacted customer service, they sent me an updated email with the correct tracking number. In the email it said delivered and when we went to go check there was nothing there. It was supposed to be a birthday gift and now it’s stolen and there’s no gift.

It has been almost a month and haven’t received my package. I called to check on status and UPS LOST package. Then got an email saying I had to wait 8 days. Got another email last week that they were going to send my order again and still nothing. I called today again, and it looks like nothing has been done. First time ordering only and not a good experience.

I had an issue with my order and sent in a complaint. I got an email back asking for more information. I replied back and have not heard back since. Very poor customer service, especially for what is considered a high end brand. Do not recommend, especially if you are shopping for Christmas gifts.

My package was never delivered because UPS said the street number was wrong. I only found this out because I checked the tracking number, I got no notification for Dior. I checked the invoice and my address was correct so I reached out to Dior for help. Both representatives told me the package would be returned to them and I would get a refund. I explained I don’t want a refund, I want to receive my order. I was told I would need to place a new order. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I feel like they weren’t interested in trying to help at all.
