Product was great; customer service, not so much:-(

received wrong eye shadow palette and not the samples I was promised

I finally got my package after several weeks and was VERY disappointed to find that my order was incorrect. I had ordered 2 of the same items and I only received 1.

There was no email of receipt of order nor a email it shipped. I emailed Dior to check order status and got no response.

I would give this a five star because I love Dior products for many years, but the the bottle of foundation I ordered this time was broken when it arrived.

Products are great but the site sucks.took forever to process and ship my items. Also confirmation email took forever to reach my mailbox, way after I’ve receievd the items already

I did not get any tracking number . I paid $16.75 for shipping but no use the package is missing . UPS said it was left near the rear door . Where the house rear door is not accessible I really don’t know how they left package there and dior people didn’t react for this issue and items ordered were neither sent nor i got refund. I ordered that giftset for my friends birthday where he didn’t receive the gift on time or later. I suggest not to order from direct website of dior.

my package got lost by UPS I did not receive confirmation from Dior that my packaged shipped I don't know who to contact for my lost item
