Horrible service, didn't get a response to my email until AFTER I received my package which was absolutely no help. I ended up having to return my item since it was the wrong shade, and return shipping is OUTRAGEOUS. Never ordering from Dior again.

Horrible customer service, Very slow shipping, I paid extra for two day shipping and yet I did not get my package for almost two weeks. Lack of communication on their part to let you know updates on your order status. They also lie when you ask them questions!

Not a good experience. I ordered one item and two samples that were offered with the order. I received an email notification that my order had shipped. The next email notification I received was that my order of the one item, Capture Totale foundation, had been cancelled. I had chosen express shipping to have the foundation earlier than normal shipping. So...the two samples I chose with my order was what was actually shipped and one of the samples was empty when I opened the package. I paid additional shipping $ for one small sample. Infuriating! What should have happened is I should have been notified that my order was cancelled due to being out of stock and given the option to cancel the samples. Really poor customer service.

After purchased the product no confirmation email and immediately they debit the payment... Customer service are very poor. Not friendly and they pass you on to manager who is not even pleasant and friendly... She promised that she will call back once she will know the status of the product. Apparently she never did until I followed up and screamed her to do something.... up to the present the product is not delivered yet and nothing I heard from the CS... I loved Dior product I go to the boutique in Las Vegas to purchase a lot Of stuff. Until I found out that they have online store.... I thought realiable and convenient that I will get but unfortunately I’m very disappointed ...
