I try many Browser many phone and computer to do the online order,still CAN't to checkout, your website is very suck

I received no email confirmation. I received wrong product. The return form asks for an order number but since I received no receipt I have no number!

I've never received order or shipping confirmation. I have no idea if my order has been processed and is on it's way.

I ordered eau de parfum, but received eau de toilette. I overpaid, but can't prove anything, because they never emailed me an order confirmation. All I got was an order number when I completed my order. I did receive the product in less than a week, though

I tried for several weeks, almost daily to order a product using website and wasn’t able to complete purchase. I finally gave up and called customer service and was told I needed to use another e-mail address to complete order. I don’t know why the website couldn’t have told me that rather than showing “error”.

I never got what I ordered, have sent messages with no response and waited on hold for an endless amount of time on multiple days...absolutely ridiculous

When I went to your web site to contact Customer Service, I noticed that you have no contact number at all even though your web site says that you have someone to help during the times I was looking for a live person. So I sent an email request, and have not heard anything at all about returning the gloss that actually only lasted on my lips about 5 minutes! I still would like to return this item. Dior collected sale tax during tax-free days in my State of Massachusetts. I questioned Dior and they replied they did not participate in the tax-free days. This is illegal. Dior has stores, doing business in Massachusetts. Dior should operate according to Massachusetts laws.
