Dior online is terrible. My money came out of my account for 3 days then they canceled the transaction for 10 days so I went and bought Dior from the store and then it came in the mail and they charged me for their mistake never buying from them again.

The transaction took for ever, money was taken out and returned, to be later on taken out again! The press powder came without a brush, never seen anything like it and I have use other products like Chanel! Costumer service is the worst I have ever experienced, no one returns your call or answer your phone. I don’t think Dior has a costumer service! Terrible, let’s see what the product does to my skin now!!!

I placed two separate orders for the same item, one for myself and the other one to give as a gift. I paid extra for both of them to be delivered via 2nd day delivery. One of my orders did not arrive until the fifth day after my order and the other had not even been processed by the 5th day. When I contacted customer service (both online and on the phone) they were very limited in what they could offer me as solutions. I was promised follow up emails with tracking numbers but never received any. So to say the least, I am extremely disappointed!
