Everything went smoothly from the searching to checkout; however, the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I contacted customer services they sounded pretty lazy and tired but we all have one of those days every once in awhile so I can understand.

During checkout pages load very slowly and had to attempt checkout multiple times because pages failed to load and progress properly during checkout. Otherwise, product is wonderful.

The package arrived and was attractively "packaged" but difficult to open. I was disappointed though to find out that the mascara I was looking for was no longer available. I did receive a refund very quickly on this before the package arrived.

the cc cream settles in the pores almost immediately, despite using primer. I tried with 2 tours of primer. The foundation is decent, overall the expected vintage, but i would buy it again due to the scent. Of note, FedEx dropped the package 1 day later, with no notice before, just after, in the middle of the day, and I had to basically run home so that the products don't stay in the sun.
