I normally buy from Sephora, but this time I went directly to Dior because the item was Out of Stock. The package arrived in a Huge box, which is great an unnecessary waste of carton, plus the packaging was so raw. I expect coming from directly from the brand, the products will come better wrapped (silk paper, pouch?, a note?.... disappointed. I will continue to buy in Sephora where I feel like a special customer only by the way they deliver their orders... A lot to improve for a brand that is supposed to be luxury.

Presentation was trash. SMH.

I like customer service and fast shipping, however, the nail polish I purchase is not a good quality, I was disappointed. Its looked old or expired, because the nail polish have very heavy texture vs. other nail polishes I used before, and it is hard to put it on, takes some practice. Plus, my first nail clacked on the 2nd day, I usually wear a nail polish at least a week before clacking.

I love the products that’s why I buy them here or in France but very disappointed with DIOR packaging just thrown in a brown box with supportive plastic. I’m very disappointed after buying Dior products from other boutiques where they treat me well and directly with you guys I thought the treatment will excede my expectations specially when in your website says “the art of packing to all your clients”

I have ordered couple times but none of the shipment arrived in Dior Gift Box which described as complimentary box.

My order had Dior Couture Gift wrap but I didn't get it

I spent $400 on perfumes from Christian Dior and they came packaged like one of those cheap knock off sites. Chanel packages their perfumes beautifully in a gift box and I didn’t even order the exclusive line just the designer line perfumes. First impressions count my friends.

The product was definitely good no comments about that. The only thing that bugged me was that I’ve ordered a gift and it was said that the products would come with a gift box, but there was no gift boxes when the package arrived!
