Lack of communication between the customer and Dior customer service customer

I didn’t have my gift,when I brought my things online it said I can have many gifts

I did not receive any order confirmation or dispatched message and still am waiting for the delivery which I am not sure when.

Every time I order with Dior; there is a problem. I want my items and gifts but they return to the sender instead due to not able to change address..now the item shows temporary out of stock and gifts promotion is gone...don’t know what can be expected with Dior..it never happen with my Hermès order, I guess only Dior.. is difficult for me....

Website sucks. Order was processed after 3 weels. Tracking number was not provided when order shipped. Customer service is unprofessional.

Nah... the curl mascara did nothing to curl my lashes. Dont waste your money. Also way too expensive

I love Dior products. But so far had bad experience of customer service. Shipping time so long. Can’t wait for one week. Since I placed my order. Didn’t get any approval, shipping time, no order number nothing.
