My package did not arrive for a month now!

I have not received my package yet.

Website is super slow, make it so hard to order online. After I placed an order, no confirmation was send to my order. So I don’t even know if my order actually went through or not. Very frustrating.

I was sent EDP instead of EDT! I was leaving for a trip so I had no choice but to keep the fragrance, and take it with me. I'm extremely disappointed with the company for sending me the incorrect fragrance.

Item purchased was defective upon arrival. Customer service is poor, reached out via phone; the phone person was unable to assist stating I had to submit a survey and pictures of the item that had arrived broken, I was told that I would receive follow-up which I did within 24 hours. The follow-up was in broken English stating a return form was attached and expected me to pay return shipping on their broken item! Return form was not attached, took four emails to get said blank return form. Ridiculous customer service would not buy from again.
