I ordered this to be delivered last week and have still not received it. I paid extra for shipping. WTH!!! Horrible experience. It was for my wife's birthday. I will never do this again.

Perfume smell is not the same as small tester I received very disappointed

All the bad things are sent, they are all bad things, and they have to be returned at their own expense.

Cannot place order online as your website errors out when I attempt to order product. When I dial in to order via phone I’m unable to do that as well because your representative tell me they have computer issues and I end up on extended wait times. I love your product but dislike how it’s almost impossible to order it and am unable to obtain customer service.

I don’t think it’s fair to pay return shipping when the products weren’t properly advertised.

I have still not received my order of perfume. I also am unable to get it delivered to me still. The money was taken from my account on the spot though.

I know what this scent is supposed to smell like and this isn't it. My husband started coughing and sneezing. My guess is that it contained very little perfume and plenty of filler. I'm sending it back. This is the second time I have tried an online seller. Never again. From now on I will go to a department store.
