I can not see the tracking code and up till now , still did not receive the goods. Pretty unhappy

Cologne came in leaking and no one is responding, I'm disappointed

Took a week to get here even though i paid for next day air

Upon receiving my foundation, I found it had leaked all over the inside of the packaging and bottle. Tons of foundation wasted. I emailed the company, and have not heard back in over a week. Really disappointed, and probably will not order again now. I just wanted it rectified. A new bottle, and return this one, or a discount for all the wasted foundation. But I send the email over a week ago, and no response.

I placed an order, but it has not arrived. I tried to log in, but I have not gotten an email for reset.

I purchased cuticle cream from dior.com online. HORRIBLE Customer service refused to update the shipping address, refused to cancel it, shipped it anyway to the wrong address but had it returned to dior. I updated my address before. dior.com HORRIBLE customer service received the return now is balking about refunding me.

Could not make the web site work!
