Still waiting on Item. When I receive item I will update review

If I could give 0 star I will do it!!! Seriously. I always gotta mall and buy products from Dior like lipstick or perfume and 3 weeks ago, I really wanna buy the perfume set and they do not have it available at the mall. The seller was recommended to me buy it online. I purchased online and this was the first time. I waited like a week then my order delivered. I was so excited and happy but when I opened the box, 2 of them was broken in the set and some of the sample like the ornament was damaged ( it not broken but it almost broken ) and the perfume for sample almost fell out too. I do not know it happened to someone before or no but it too weird. I really don't know if it was someone who dropped it during transportation or if something went wrong to my order so I tried to contact to customer service. It been like 2 days already and they sent me the request form, I already responded with pictures AT LEAST 4 times and finally they said they did not receive my picture because of my mistake. I understand your guys are the big company and because my order just around $187 bucks, it's just a little bit money so that's why I didn't have for nothing. I'm okay with that. I think I won't buy anything online from your guys again and again. If you do not have available at the mall, I will switch to the other branch name but it's okay too me. It just makes me disappointed a little bit. Thank You!

I did not have a good experience working with Dior. My order was shipped two days after placing the order which caused three days delay in my expected delivery date. And on top of that, UPS was not able to deliver the package since there was an issue with the shipping address from the sender. I had to make a few call to Dior asking them to contact UPS to hold the package in the facility so that I pick it up. But the package was sent back to the sender due to the poor communication of Dior customer service with UPS. And oh wait, I asked the customer service if I can have the same promotion as my original order since I am still interested in the item and I would like to order it again, she said no! I won’t get the same deal as my original order! It was my first time working with Dior and I am really really disappointed...

It doesn’t send me the sample with the order.

No email with order info or tracking was ever sent still waiting my bank paid you a week ago yet there's nothing in my email box!

On 11/12, I ordered ROUGE DIOR COUTURE COLLECTION - LIMITED EDITION and used the promotion code: SDMOON19 which was supposed to give a 6 piece complementary gift. But unfortunately I did not get them on my package. So I give this one star bad review due to Dior web forget to give 6 piece complementary gift to me.

I have not received the order I placed on 11/10 nor have I received any notification of when my order will be shipping.

I love the fragrance. I purchased it for my mother on Mother’s Day. So now it’s my turn. It’s very elegant. I’m sure I’ll enjoy all of the gifts that were included...thank you for that. However, when I opened the box the bottle was leaking. This is a very expensive item and it’s too expensive to have this sort of issue. Which is the only reason why I’m giving it 1 star.
