Been nine days since I placed my order & it hasn’t arrived yet. If it doesn’t arrive soon then I’ll dispute the purchase & demand a refund.

Really bad customer service! Don’t buy anything from on line! Because u can’t cancel any orders and no free return!

I have not got my package and I’m still waiting for email that was suppose to be sent to me about it

I never got my refund as promised of $40.76 I never received product. It was sent to wrong address. I have spoken to Dior customer service 3 times. They said for sure it would be removed from my PayPal account no later than Nov 29th. As of today, Dec 5th 2019, NOTHING! Dior charged my account on Nov 12. This is why they only get one star. No order confirmation. Order didn’t go through the first time, so tried ordering again and then ended up with doubled orders

I didn’t get a confirmation email from Dior and my package came wrong - it didn’t have everything on the order page when I bought it!

I placed an order last week, it arrived, but the 2 complimentary samples I chose were not in the package. Ashley, online chat, saw my order using the number I gave her, but still she insisted on getting photos of my package etc. Terribly sad. Julie Alex

This was one of the worst foundations I’ve ever tried. It’s advertised as an ultra-buildable fluid foundation that creates a flawless coverage with second skin finish. None of these is true. Any uneven tone, pores, acne, dryness or dullness will be instantly accentuated with this even if you moisturize your skin and use a primer before applying the foundation. It leaves ugly patches all over the skin as it dries so quickly that you won’t be able to blend it before it dries out. This morning it took me about 15-20 minutes just to blend it but at the end I gave up and washed my face twice as it got stuck on it as a glue. I never had such a terrible complexion as I had with this fluid. I do not recommend this product to anyone. The one star is for packaging only.
