Failed to include gift note.

I am trying to return a product and have not been able to get a response.

my lipgloss and eveyrhting inside came. very messy and box was damaged

Checking out as a guest was impossible. System would not allow me to complete payment. Dior customer service told me I should go to an authorized Dior department store. I thought that was strange advice because I would not get samples with a department store purchase. I had to set up a Dior account to complete the purchase.

I know you are choosing to not pack as nicely because of Covid but I am very disappointed in that choice. Also, I was told when I ordered that I would receive a makeup bag with extra samples and I did not. Yet Another disappointment. I am having to wait a long time for my packages, I at least want everything I was promised. (for the record, I do not know if this is a review for anything in particular because I cannot see that, so this is a review for my shipping experience, not a product. I have very much enjoyed my products, that I have received.)

Still havent received my refund from last week

Only received one item when I was supposed to receive 2

It took a very long time to get my product.
