Their customer service took forever to get on the phone and their shipment was always delayed there is no one day shipment the customer service sucks I want my money back

The nectar water I bought at the event a few days ago should be given a lot of gifts. After I received it, there were only two small perfumes. Many gifts were not given, and I couldn’t find the after-sales service phone. No integrity at all

I never got my package even though ups said it was delivered. $50 down the drain.

My shipment keeps delay and still not received yet.

My order was stolen from the Dior Box left on my front porch. I called Dior they said someone will be in touch with me in ten days.i never heard from anyone I’m still waiting but from now on I will only go to the store never on line again. I never heard anything nor did I receive my purchase. Could a company with that name be so careless. Concetta Gizze

Did not receive gift after entering code, called customer service to put code in manually, still did not receive the gift. My order #2360188 Gift code is SDMOON20

The last 2 orders I placed with dior the samples I were to receive did not arrive.
