Absolute scam. Product doesn’t work. Predatory subscription model. No human being that you can call. No customer service only online chats which go down and crash and it won’t allow you to save the transcripts from they hide behind this and it should be against the law to run a business way. What a joke save yourself some money and don’t do it.

I've tried to cancel and they keep sending and charging me. I receive the email saying a shipment is being prepared. Ask if I want to skip, when I've marked to skip the shipment the reply is "shipment is being prepared" !! They won't stop.

Horrible customer service. Every time I see a ad for this company I will leave a review they deserve!

UPDATE: Order received. Took 3 weeks. Never received tesponse from customer service. /Placed order. They advertise fast delivery. 10 days later, no order received. No method to track order. No phone number working. Sent email contact but no response. Chatbot does not provide an answer.

I placed an order on the 7th. Well it is the 13th and I went to track the order and can't so I went to their site and they no longer take phone calls. So I went to chat and asked them where it was and they said I ordered it on the 11th when I have an email from them on the 7th. They said it will not be here until the 15th and ended the chat! I will be looking into starting a company to make their things with customer service!

Cannot reach this company to cancel subscription. the phone number they give you is not active. the website they have does not work on mobile. the contact form once you get in on a computer says they'll reach out to you and they don't I am very upset. going to have to just cancel my credit card that's associated with this and refuse the packages. very upset!

I have canceled my order and still receiving the orders and now having to pay for the return to get some kind of refund for the orders I didn't want was canceled and still receiving 2 months ago do not recommend it to anyone who is trying to help their animals health issues. They have given me hard time since I started my sub and not being fair to customers. Also wanted to charge me 5 dollars cancelation fee to end my subscription!!! Unbelievable

Cat did not like it, and refused to eat anything that was topped with Dinovite. However, the dogs seem to like it.
