I got the sample as I wanted to try it before I committed to any type of purchase it I got it I tried it and my dog wasn't thrilled he did not want to eat his food after I put it on his food I have to trick him into eating it and it's been about two and a half weeks after the sample when I was forced and I do mean forced in a way that was financially for us because they push through and overdraft block on my bank account and added their their $67 purchase of a bag of dynamite to my account that I didn't ask for well it didn't get returned and I didn't get no money back so I decided I might as well use it I have two dogs a Boston Terrier and a mountain in my mix female My Boston Terrier it's I put it in their whole bunch of food and mix it up every time I get them food My Boston Terrier after 2 months still has red yeasty Frito smell and toes that he licks constantly and choose at he had an anal gland rupture just the other day and a double ear infection Holly's probiotics that are supposed to keep that gut health cuz that's the brain of their body well it's not doing that for my dog The mountain Wash she doesn't seem no better or worse for where she's the same dog she's always been but I am not saying that with my dog my boss t this stuff is not doing what it says they it does he is still used to he has got no relief and now he's got other issues but if the probiotics and stuff in the gut are healthy and they got a selfie is supposed to be having me since happen because that's where they're health is is in their butt so make sense well dog food for dynamite and he got worse I don't like it it's not worth the money $60 for that bag I wouldn't pay $20 for it I didn't want it at all and now I'm really pissed and my dogs even worse and I just got s*** out $60 by unwilling force cuz I was not aware of until the stuff arrived at my door in my bank got touched me so take that as you may Don't get the sample cuz they're going to force a purchase on you

I have canceled my order and still receiving the orders and now having to pay for the return to get some kind of refund for the orders I didn't want was canceled and still receiving 2 months ago do not recommend it to anyone who is trying to help their animals health issues. They have given me hard time since I started my sub and not being fair to customers. Also wanted to charge me 5 dollars cancelation fee to end my subscription!!! Unbelievable

They force you into autoship/autopay. If you don’t want it, you have to cancel. I purchased the “free” trial sample for $9 shipping for a bag that was 4oz. They don’t answer their phones and take over an hour to respond in chat. Then the response in chat is to call them. Circle nightmare! Product may be good but my dog wouldn’t eat it. They did cancel my forced subscription by a very cold email that simply stated Cancelled. I’m waiting to see if they credit my credit card.
