Buyer Beware
I received my holster I ordered, but had issues with it. I emailed the company to initiate a return, and received no response. The next day I emailed the company again explaining the situation, and got a reply from a bot. The bot specifically said I had an option to pick an item that costs the same, and the company would give that to me and I did not have to return the holster I had previously purchased. In doing that I would waive my right for a refund. Seems they aren't too keen on returning any product. When I tried to contact the company again about this offer, I couldn't reach anyone, and haven't heard anything as of now. The company has no option for telephone contact which is convenient for them. They respond if and when they want to. Very frustrating, and as of now, all things considered, I won't purchase from this company again. (Update): I finally got some of my purchase price returned. But of course after all the run-around they deducted for a return shipping label. All in all it was a bad experience, all around, and as for me with arthritis, the product was difficult to use. This contraption made it hard for me to holster, and unholster my pistol. And it is a small 380. The ad makes it look like it is a breeze to draw, and holster the firearm. Those people must have practiced a good bit. One good thing about this experience is it has cured me of purchasing anything off of Facebook. Especially if the company doesn't have a phone number the customer can call to talk to someone. This is 2025.
