Great Customer Service
Great Customer Service! The Praetorian holster is great. It can be ambidextrous, but I chose to keep the right hand version I had received and re-order a "Leftie". No problems in dealing with the company customer service department. Both holsters work well depending on where I want to wear them. The product is well constructed with quality products. I'm a satisfied customer.

I liked the holster but I found it hard…
I liked the holster but I found it hard to re-holster due to the holster collapsing after being drawn on the four o’clock position which I carry my firearm

Excellent Customer Service!
The product I ordered was very well made, but did not fit me as it should. I brought this to the attention of their customer service staff who were extremely prompt and efficient to rectify the situation. All in all a very satisfactory experience.

Refund Order #98693 & send RMA Shipping Label
Re. Leather Shoulder holster w/ double mag pouches, Order #98691 & 98693. I initially ordered (2) shoulder holsters, but unintentionally ordered (2) more shoulder holsters. I contacted customer service and I had the additional order #98691 removed. However, two weeks after order #98691 was delivered, order #98693 was delivered which was supposed to be cancelled. Please credit me with a refund of $81.46; and send me a RMA shipping label so I can return order #98693. Thank you

How to gain trust
There was an issue with shipping during the holidays. Things happen that are out of your control, I appreciate getting in front of it by being completely transparent and communicating the delay. In addition a gift was sent as an apology. This gesture has gain my trust and I will order from Dinosaurized again.
