A very nice experience in all aspects. This people is very organized, punctual, professional and, above all, pleasant. I purchased a wrong size, notified them that I would return the item and they immediately mailed me the correct size without charging me shipping or handling costs. Is this trust or what ?

Ordered the AMERICAN RIVER ULTRA CHOKE FREE SMALL DOG HARNESS. It is a quality product and fits really great. Be sure to scroll down to the bottom of the page, and reference the IMPORTANT SIZING NOTE. "After measuring your pet, make sure all measurements fit within the following dimensions (with a little room to spare in the chest and neck). " If you follow these instructions closely, you will get a great harness that fits your little dog extremely well. I am very happy with the quality and fit of the product . . . my dog loves it too! :-)

My experience ordering a product from Dinky Dog Club was outstanding. Great customer service and my item shipped and was received very quickly. Loved the tiny dog treats and poo poo bags that came for free in the box with my item. Such great marketing ideas!

Found the best dog harness. I had purchased 4 Gooby dog harnesses for my 18 month bichon. Three of them broke due to bad quality. I am very pleased with my harness purchase from Dinky Dog.

I ordered 2 step in harnesses for my little girls. (one of them doesn't like anything going over her head) I ordered small, but now I think maybe they might be too big. I contacted them, and they are sending me an extra small to try...and so we'll go from there! So nice to actually work with a company that A. Answers your email....and B. Actually has great customer service! That is so rare these days!! Thank you so much!! P.S. They LOVE LOVE LOVE the tiny little treats that came with the order!!!

I received the item quickly and as described. the quality and design are excellent. I have a 5lb toy fox terrier and it is difficult to find things that fit her tiny size and shape (small neck, shoulders, girth, and on the long side). When purchasing items for her I send more back to the vendor than I keep. Given these challenges, I was just not sure what size to buy. The chat help was excellent... this was a REAL person and he/she was not reading from a script. I felt like I was speaking to a knowledgeable shop owner. As I need things for my little girl, I will definitely check this site first.

I was looking for a harness to fit my small teddy bear puppy and had tried a few at the pet store but none were the perfect fit. This harness fits my puppy like a glove and can be adjusted easily and the clip is made out of resistant plastic. Overall it is a quality product and I would buy again from them.

I just received the American River xxs small dog harness. It is just what I was looking for. It was just as advertised and shipped promptly. The website is easy to navigate a wide variety of items available for small dogs. The "Buddy Biscuits" were a nice surprise.
