John was very knowledgeable, informative, very friendly, and professional. I was able to purchase a great dining table set at a great price because of John. Wonderful Customer Service Skills.

Great experience with ordering furniture. Kate and Walter were very patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns. They worked with me to get a great price and make sure I could have my items delivered when I wanted them. (I needed to postpone delivery due to maintenance being done in my room). Walter followed up with me when I asked him to and was very pleasant to talk to.
