Kate was very helpful with everything as I am new to this site and ths is my first purchase and she made the process smoothly and helped me out with a code that was not working. Over and beyond.

it was so nice and kindness. Thanks Vicki and Hannah!!!!

Fantastic customer service!! Vickie was AMAZING and answered all of my questions regarding the 6 piece glam queen bedroom set! She even offered a $350 discount code for the platinum white glove delivery service for full set up. Thanks so much,

I was trying to make a late night purchase but was unsure. The customer service chat person assisted me. Her name is Pam and I cannot express my gratitude enough. She was extremely patient and helpful. I have limited internet experience in this area. Her guidance through my purchase was crucial to the completion of my order.

John was very friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to receiving my dinning room set

Walter was very courteous and helpful in addressing the issue I was having in placing my order. He was a pleasure to work with and the order was completed successfully.

John was absolutely perfect! Excellent customer service!

I chatted with Pam and she helped me placed my order. She even waived the shipping of the 1 item I needed to buy from the other store! John who was equally helpful, finalized my order. They both provided and excellent service and made the ordering process very easy.
