Absolutely the worst company, people, and deliver partners! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS.I ordered a dining table and chairs September 8, and have been trying to get it since. It’s December 24 and for the last 3 weeks they have been telling me all the parts are in but they only deliver on Friday and some Thursdays which doesn’t work for me. So I bent over backwards to get there on a Thursday missed a day of work just to appease them because they refuse to refund me and then they get here missing parts. UNREAL! So the delivery guy says he’s gunna go back to the warehouse and get the piece they forgot. 4 hours later I called customer care who is no help and they told me that not all the pieces were received at the warehouse even though 3 weeks ago the manager ac said that they checked everything and everything is there. And again I said to give me a refund which they refused, and the whole time I’m talking to this person her rooster yes rooster is clucking in the background. Garbage trash company garbage trash employees garbage trash delivery company.

Customer service is easy to find now a days, but GREAT customer service is pretty much impossible to find. Not here, Rebekah was great! Very helpful and fast! She was able to get all of our questions answered and the order done in under 5 minutes...very impressed! As this was our first purchase from this company, we will definitely be looking to order in the future.

Rebekah did a great job helping me make sure i was getting the order correct and giving me a dicount. She made it a very easy transaction.
