Ariana was extremely helpful. We had a little issue but she was able to work everything out in a timely manner. She has great customer service skills and very knowledgeable. I would definitely work with her again. Thank you Ariana!

Sydney was extremely helpful and thorough. She answered all of my questions and worked with me to get a discount to match other competitors. Sydney understands the importance of great customer service and is a valuable asset to Emma Mason.

Sydney was fabulous helping me through a convoluted mess that should have been super easy to begin with. She cleaned up the whole mess and made everything as easy as possible for me. I hope everyone gets a Sydney, or better yet THE Sydney, when they a problem!

Ariana was very helpful in placing my order. I wanted to purchase a file cabinet and hutch in addition to my dining set, but my orders were sent to two different websites. She was able to give me the discount code to get free white glove delivery for the order that didn’t qualify since I purchased the other order that did qualify. I will review the furniture after I get it. I hope it doesn’t take too long.

I called looking for a specific dining room set and I was apprehensive about it. I live in Texas and it worries me to buy so far away. Andrian answered by call and immediately put me at ease. He answered every question and went above and beyond to assist me. He also helped me with other recommendations to go with the dining set from Bernhardt. I will for sure be calling him back to order more pieces. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I appreciate him very much. As a school teacher, every dime I make is important, so spending this kind of money wasn't easy for me. However, Andrian made it easy and I feel so much more at ease. Looking forward to my dining room set delivery next year.

Wonderful experience purchasing our table. We were unsure if the dinning room table was the real deal because it was such a good price online, so we contacted the company via chat. We were connected with Ariana. She sold us on the table, assuring us about the quality, legitimacy and the white glove shipping service. Because of Ariana’s amazing customer service we just placed our order. We are looking forward to receiving the item and cannot wait to set it up in our dinning room.
