I ordered a dining room set that arrived with a defect in the table. Technicians came twice to try and resolve. They weren’t able to fix the table. The manufacturer wanted to sign off on it saying I voided my chance of having it resolved because the defect wasn’t noted upon delivery. Michael Alaba and Mervin Factor were instrumental in staying on the manufacturer to get it fixed as well as keeping me in the loop until the matter was resolved! You can trust this company for lower pricing, great communication and to stand by their merchandise, should there be a problem! H. Becker

You can't beat their prices. We saved over 30% compared to buying from a local store. While my order the first time around could not be processed due to issues with the manufacturer, our sales rep Greg continued to follow-up with us and eventually was able to work with the manufacturer to fulfill our order.
