I had been looking for a particular chair for some time with no luck. Not to mention trying to speak with someone on other sites to answer my questions was near impossible. Dinningroomoutlets had exactly what I was looking for. The customer service has been great! Pam assisted me with my purchase, and answered all the questions I had. My furniture is going to take longer than I had hoped to be made, shipped, and delivered. But that is due to things outside of dinningroomsoutlet control. So far my experience has been outstanding.
