Product was fine but shipping took a long time.
Response from DihagaNov 21, 2025
Dear Patricia, hank you for sharing your thoughts and experience with us. We sincerely apologize that the shipping time did not meet your expectations. While your item was produced within our standard timeframe, a recent surge in order volume unfortunately caused unexpected delays in shipping. We truly hope the quality of your hat made the wait worthwhile. For your next order, please feel free to reach out to us before placing it — we’d be happy to offer you a special discount as a token of our appreciation for your patience and understanding. Thank you once again for your kindness and continued support. Warm regards, Dihaga Team
