Digital Software labs was a great choice when I needed assistance creating an website. The communication and expertise were top notch. Edward and Michael were incredibly helpful throughout the process!

I initially hired Digital Software Labs to manage my social media (Meta). During that process, Michael convinced me to also hire the company to redesign my website, with promises of ongoing support for minor updates for the next 10 years. Unfortunately, those commitments were not fulfilled, and I left the experience very disappointed. Throughout the project, I felt that there was a greater focus on upselling services than on delivering the level of support and customer satisfaction that was promised. Several commitments were made that were never fully delivered. What should have been a relatively straightforward website project became frustrating, including issues that ended up consuming a significant amount of my website storage. My advice to anyone considering their services is to make sure every promise and deliverable is clearly written into the contract. That said, I want to recognize Elena Williams, who managed my social media. While not every expectation was met, she consistently worked hard to ensure customer satisfaction. She is responsive, easy to reach by phone or text, and does an excellent job explaining her social media strategy. I appreciate her dedication and the way she approaches the business as if it were her own. Because of her professionalism and commitment, I have chosen to continue working with her for my social media management. My overall rating for Digital Software Labs is 3 stars. However, that rating does not reflect Elena's work. If I were reviewing her separately, she would receive 10 out of 10 stars.

Digital Software Labs designed and built the website for Tessaris AI Systems, and the experience was a positive one throughout. The team were professional, helpful and genuinely approachable, questions were always answered without fuss. The project did run past the original timeline, but the delays came from circumstances on our side, entirely outside their control. They handled it with patience and understanding, working around our situation rather than applying pressure. Deployment and handover were smooth and well managed, leaving us able to run the site ourselves with no loose ends. Happy to recommend them.

After my experience with Digital Software Labs, I feel compelled to warn others. I hired the company to rebuild my website and was given numerous promises by the individual managing my account. Based on those promises, I paid an additional $500 for services that were never delivered. After taking my payment, my calls and emails went unanswered for an extended period. When I finally reached someone at the company, I was told that the two employees who had handled my account had caused problems and were no longer with the company. However, despite acknowledging those employees were gone, Digital Software Labs refused to refund the $500 I had paid. I was simply told that what happened was "in the past" and they would not reimburse me. The most devastating part of this experience was the loss of years of work during the rebuilding of my website. Hundreds of pages of original content, including articles, videos, interviews, and book-related material that had taken years to create, disappeared. I was ultimately told that the content could not be recovered. To make matters worse, I still do not have control of my own website. I cannot make changes or updates because I do not have administrative access. When I contacted the hosting company for assistance, I was told they could not grant me access because Digital Software Labs controls the hosting account. Despite repeated requests for ownership or administrative access so I could manage my own website, my requests have largely been ignored. The end result is that I paid for services that were never completed, lost years of valuable website content, and still cannot fully manage or update my own website. While a few employees I eventually spoke with were courteous, the company never accepted responsibility for resolving these issues or making things right. My advice to anyone considering Digital Software Labs is this: make sure you own your hosting account, have full administrative access to your website, and maintain independent backups of all your content before allowing anyone to rebuild or migrate your site. I wish someone had given me that advice before I entrusted them with mine.

I am very satisfied with the services Digital Software Labs have provided. I contacted them to make changes in my website and Jason Parker who is my assigned project manager suggested to build a new website instead of trying to fix my old website. I was very apprehensive of this approach as I did not had good experience with another company that I worked with for my first website in the past . But I took a chance and agreed to what Jason suggested and it was the best decision I made . Jason is very attentive , heard my concerns and worked with me throughout the process with care and attention and delivered a beautiful website . He is very knowledgeable and his customer service is top notch . He always shared options and educated me but never really was pushy or tried to upsell any services. He went above and beyond to make sure the new website was deployed seamlessly. I will definitely work with Jason and his team for any of my digital needs in future.
