I initially hired Digital Software Labs to manage my social media (Meta). During that process, Michael convinced me to also hire the company to redesign my website, with promises of ongoing support for minor updates for the next 10 years. Unfortunately, those commitments were not fulfilled, and I left the experience very disappointed. Throughout the project, I felt that there was a greater focus on upselling services than on delivering the level of support and customer satisfaction that was promised. Several commitments were made that were never fully delivered. What should have been a relatively straightforward website project became frustrating, including issues that ended up consuming a significant amount of my website storage. My advice to anyone considering their services is to make sure every promise and deliverable is clearly written into the contract. That said, I want to recognize Elena Williams, who managed my social media. While not every expectation was met, she consistently worked hard to ensure customer satisfaction. She is responsive, easy to reach by phone or text, and does an excellent job explaining her social media strategy. I appreciate her dedication and the way she approaches the business as if it were her own. Because of her professionalism and commitment, I have chosen to continue working with her for my social media management. My overall rating for Digital Software Labs is 3 stars. However, that rating does not reflect Elena's work. If I were reviewing her separately, she would receive 10 out of 10 stars.
