Great Tech support, once problem was identified. Support accessed system and installed app via remote. Considering the problems with virus n US their response time was outstanding.

I would highly recommend this company. I needed a copy of Office 2016 on my new laptop. I chatted with them online to be sure I was getting what I was expecting to get. They also offered a free upgrade to a better product. Daniel walked me through the process to make sure everything downloaded correctly and worked correctly. The whole experience was great!

Digitalproductkey has been great to work with. I had some technical difficulties due to the age of my computer, and they were awesome in figuring out the issue and resolving it for me. They pointed me to some training articles at first, but then after the articles didn't resolve my issues, they connected to my computer and resolved everything. It was easy to work with them. They responded quickly to emails and through the screen-sharing programs. I'm very pleased and will keep them in mind for future needs of my home and business needs.

I ran into similar issues as others here. I requested a refund almost immediately after purchase since everything was so confusing. No word back for several days... then I contacted them after again asking why my money was not refunded. A month passed. I emailed again, calling their business a hoax, and I finally received a reply. They ultimately refused to give me a refund saying that since they provided the license key, no refund could be provided. This is funny since I requested a refund DAYS before the license key arrived (I have proof). Instead I had to settle for a voucher that I will probably NEVER USE since I don't trust this company... $59 down the drain.

Saved my project! One of my PCs was reporting it was not authentic. After purchasing a license from Digital Product Key I still was unable to get it to work. Their technical support worked with me for two days to resolve the issue. Eventually they connected to my PC with TeamViewer and remotely fixed the licensing mess on my PC. I will definitely contact them first if I have another need.
