Blessed to have Vanessa Jones's help!!!
Vanessa helped me with a laptop that was given to me by a friend. Had a few issues they has to take it back for to fix. Did so with the exception of windows being activated. In purchases the product from your company I must admit hesitantly because of the price most of all but trusted I was not being scammed. Wow, was I blessed! 1. I not only got the product INSTANTLY 2. I got the product with INSTANT ASSISTANCE! 3. At 3AM. that would be 3am as in the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!!! THAT 3AM 4. VANESSA stayed on line with me until I was completely sure things were working even though SHE HERSELF ALREADY KNEW but she sat patiently until I checked things to be sure because I'm not smart enough to trust both my AMAZING NEW FRIEND VANESSA JONES but also my short tech. 5. And FINAL BUT NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING DONE IN MY THOUGHTS ABOUT YOUR COMPANY AND EMPLOYEES... ESPECIALLY VANESSA U CAN BE ASSURED I'M PASSING YOUR COMPANY'S INFORMATION AROUND TO EVERY SINGLE PERSON I KNOW BOTH IN CHRISTMAS CARDS (SINCE IT IS CHRISTMAS TIME) BUT ALSO TO EVERYONE I KNOW WHOM MIGHT NEED YOUR ASSISTANCE AND TRUST ME! THERE IS NO BETTER QUALITY OF SERVICE THAN THE QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED IN THE "MIDDLE" OF THE NIGHT NONE THE LESS! THANK YOU FOR BOTH HAVING SUCH A WONDERFUL REPUTABLE COMPANY BUT CARING ENOUGH ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS TO HAVE 24/7 SUPPORT. THANK YOU IS NOT ENOUGH BUT IS ALL I HAVE TO PUT INTO WORDS.
