The agent Sit helped me get my activation key back after Microsoft tried forcing me to get another key despite me already having bought one and it should have been tied to my Microsoft account

Sid was very helpful resolving a minor issue, quickly. Used them multiple times without a problem, thanks!

Key didn’t work at first but israt one of the customer service members was able to help and send a new key with no problems

Sid and Israt made sure I had working keys. Thank you both. Great support.
