I purchased a Win11 Pro key; I had previously downloaded the OS from the Microsoft site. The key I received failed to activate and I contacted support and got Lamia. She requested a screenshot with my error message and after receiving it immediately sent me a new key. Unfortunately that key also failed; I immediately sent her another email, received another key and it activated my OS. The whole process took less than 20 minutes. Great support.

Initial activation key did not work, but support get me a new one within 5 minutes.

The product key I bought at first was not new. It had already been used and would not work. However, they rectified the issue and gave me a different key that did work. The customer service was good, but I should not have received a used key to begin with.

I initially had problems activating the key that was purchased (windows said the key was previously used), however the site's live chat promptly responded and gave me a replacement key which is working fine so far. Also the Key was delivered instantly by email.

First code i got was bunk, got nervous i got jipped but decided to contact support, they replaced the key within 2 minutes and it worked great.

Bought a product key through this company and it didn't work. I messaged chat support and they hooked me up with a working key, which I was very thankful for! Ideally it's correct the first time, but things happen and they fixed the error quickly enough.

4 stars only because the first key was invalid. It was resolved in less than 15 minutes through chat support though!

It's pretty apparent that the windows retail activation keys are not sold directly from Microsoft but even when I ran into an issue that the troubleshooting guide did not fix, they were still willing to send me a new code which did end up activating my Windows installation. Don't expect a Windows first-party experience but don't assume it's just a scam. A business is still a business.
