I accidentally bought a windows 11 HOME key rather than a windows 11 PRO key. I contacted them, and they nearly immediately refunded me for the home key. Very awesome service.

found on reddit. got a code taht i didnt use for over a month during which period it expired. they sent me a new code with no hassle and helped solve my issues very quickly. amazing service!

Initially the code did not work but I contacted customer support via the chat icon on their website and they gave me a replacement code straight away and it worked. 5/5 service. Will use again

Found this site on Reddit. Was a bit skeptical but my bank would refund me $25 if I told them I was scammed but I wasn't! Purchased a Windows 11 Home key for $25 and received an email with my key almost immediately. The key didn't work initially so I contacted support through their in-site chat (works really well btw) and received a response in less than 5 minutes. I told them what happened and provided a screenshot and was immediately given a new key that activated without issue. Would buy another key again if need be! Thumbs up
