Had an issue at first, but they fixed it right away

My key for windows didn’t work after I bought it but I contacted support and they were friendly and got me another one that worked

I purchased a key and it was revoked in two days. Surprisingly a non issue. Contacted chill mart support and received a new key within minutes. The problem occurred suddenly, but it was fixed just as quickly. I've got no complaints. Their quick response left me satisfied.

This site is very simplistic and straightforward. It was very easy to purchase the product I was looking for. The only issue that came up was that the billing had been set to a day ahead. Which in truth is my fault for not paying attention. I was able to get into touch with a support agent by the name of Sid. Sid was very quick to respond and helped me receive my product instantly. Overall a very well kept site with lovely employees.

The first product key I received for Windows 11 Pro didn't work, I got an error stating that the key was already in use. I followed up in the chat function they have on the website and was promised a new key within 24 hrs. However I still didn't receive the key so I reached out again and the new customer service agent sent me a key in 5 min and it activated on the first try. I didn't like that I had to reach out twice but I don't mind in exchange for an 80% discount on a "genuine" Windows activation key.

Purchased key through website, recieved confirmation email but no key. Had to contact support through their livechat where they provided to key upon providing the purchasing email.
