I had purchased a Win11 Pro retail key from them and unfortunately it said it was used. I clicked the bottom left of the site for chat support and immediately got to talk to customer support via text chat. They gave me another code which sadly had the same result, I was getting a bit worried at this point. Then they gave me a 3rd key and it worked flawlessly this time.

The Windows 11 Pro Retail key that I purchased was invalid but I used the chat on the website to request a new one.
