Do not use them. I use privacy.com to create virtual cards for every online company I use. Today, someone thru their system got a hold of the virtual card and tried to charge 912 to ticketmaster. Thankfully it was locked ( I have since deleted the virtual card ). (From privacy.com email) 912.98 charge at TM *TICKETMASTER declined on your digitalchillmart.com card

tries to order, site bugged and charged me twice, sent two confirmation emails, and no keys, over an hour and no response, no email to use either

1.) Paid for a Windows 11 Retail key. 2.) Received order confirmation and receipt. 3.) Did not receive the key in my mail. 4.) Customer service chat does not respond after two hours wait. Would not recommend this place.

An absolute ZERO for spport! Terrible you have no email address for support--I wasted an hour trying to get an answer. And I am STILL WAITING for someone to reply back to me. Your agent said someone will contact me within 8 hours. That was WEEKS ago!

Got my key, and it didn't work. I screenshot everything, gave them the order number and email address, but they kept saying send us your order email. No idea what that really meant as they already had everything necessary to find out who I was with email address and order number. I forward the email of the receipt, and then get blanked. I emailed it a couple of times including a screenshot, tried live chat, same, blanking

Purchased a Office 2019 Key on Sept 30th which did not activate. Support took a few days to get back due to weekend. Fair enough. The replacement key DCM provided also failed to activate. (Oct 2nd) When asking for refund and DCM advised they had processed and it would be returned in 3-7 days. I forgot about it and didn't check for ~7 weeks only to notice I still hadn't received the refund. DCM advised "You can reverse via your bank, as our payment processor unable to refund you". (Nov 19th) Would not recommend. I now need to go through my CC company and the paperwork required to refund my order.
