I bought a Windows key from here a couple years ago. Recently, I updated my BIOS and Windows decided to de-activate itself. After spending hours on chats/phone calls with Microsoft, they told me they couldn't do ANYTHING to help me. Microsoft screwed me over so I reached out to Digital Chillmart again to see if they could do anything. I spoke to Sid and they graciously swapped out the key for another one and I was able to re-activate Windows. It only took a couple of minutes and made my day. Thanks Sid!
