Absolutely brilliant customer service! It is easy to applaud a retailer when everything goes well, but the real measure of performance is when things don’t go as planned. I had an activation issue. Initial key didn't work for windows 11 pro, tried troubleshooting with windows but that doesn't work so great. Digital chillmart support (agent ISRAT) provided a replacement key swiftly and everything works now. Decent price - value and fast reaction for support. Recommended.

Good price for Win11 pro (which is like Home with a couple extra features you can choose to use). This site tells you the code instantly plus you get an email (which went to Spam), however the activation key said it had been used already so I had to contact support on the site, and within 2 mins I was talking to a human named Lamia, I explained the error, and she gave me a new key which worked. Windows help lines are completely disabled so another upside is that you actually get customer service on this site.
