Product fit and performed as advertised. Shipping, not so much. Ordered 9 am on a Friday, didn't receive until the following Friday. Also did not include, offer, or mention gaskets needed for installation.

After doing my research as to what tonneau cover would serve my needs, the Xtang 2.0 was on top. With my decision made, it was time to shop price. Let's say Diesel Ops delivered! I was pleasantly surprised when I phoned to see if the Xtang 2.0 was in stock and I was offered a better price. The shipping was a bit delayed but that's it. Installation went well and so far, I am satisfied,.... Diesel Ops delivered! Thx

It was my fault, should have read the fine print on ebay shipping that it takes 10 working days to ship. If I had to do over would order it again.

. Salesman was honnest and quite knowledgeable. I would say his really only downfall was the slight lack of confidence. Guys like myself sniff that out. Still I could tell he was on the up and up.! I appreciate his handling of my order specialy considering I was new and unfamiliar with your firm.

Great product fast shipping communication could use a little bit of work but that is partially my fault somehow I did not read the required information that they need from me

Their product was good quality and shipped on time like they said it would. However the directions were kind of hard to follow and could use a little bit of revising but other than that I'm greatly satisfied with the product.

The exhaust system I ordered came pretty quick really. And so far they haven't bombarded me with emails
