Called to order one product and got good advice to order other products !!

I installed this chip in my 01 f-350. I found it very simple to install and completely transformed my pickup. It always pulled well but felt like driving a tank around. Engine response was poor. After the chip install it responds more like a small sports car even in the 50hp setting. The stock shift points always bothered me as well which seems to have been taken care of in the chip. I am fairly certain my pickup had a chip before so I did not spend a lot of time cleaning the circuit board contacts which I believe lead my engine to die on its second test run. I also changed to a different duct tape after the failure. I am skeptical about fuel mileage increases but have not run it enough to find out one way or the other.

Very good description and very good products. Fast and easy shipping. Very helpful with all of my questions. Will buy from again.

Great service. Knowledgeable and fast service. Finally got that engine killing crap off my truck, runs so much better, fuel economy increased, runs cooler! Thanks for your help,

Great service, great product

I was shipped exactly what I ordered. It arrived in a very timely manner. Now my truck has come to life and it runs better than I could have imagined. Great products, and great company. Thanks!

I first found about about Diesel Ops on eBay. I called about an exhaust system that I had been watching. The representative that spoke to me on the phone was helpful and professional. I was advised i was about to purchase the wrong system and guided me toward the correct one. The order was made via phone with Diesel Ops and the system came a few days later. The system was exactly what I wanted and sounds great on my truck. Thanks Diesel Ops. I wish my truck wasn't so old that way you guys would have more stuff and we could do more business.

Great kit and easy to install. I wish there were directions or at least a breakdown of the processes so I would not second guess myself or have to YouTube it. Overall the kit was a HUGE upgrade for the truck! It's like a completely different truck. Love it!
