Everything came in and fit Perfect

It was good I liked that they put stuff together in kits it's not that you save a great amount of money doing it like a lot of places advertise but they have a great verity to choose from. I knew what I wanted and being able to have it all ship from one place together and add free shipping on top of that was great. Big thanks to opps I ordered a mini max, s&b intake and 5 inch flow pro exhaust for my 2012 ford powerstroke and it all came in about a week and no issues thanks again Mark

Overall decent experience, no major problems. Did however have a small problem with shipment tracking numbers, had to email them to get all 4, initially only sent 2. Did not receive their 10% discount as advertised due to it not being applicable to kits. Did not learn it until I was able to read the fine print

The website was easy to use and checkout was smooth. Shipping was fast but the product arrived with some minor damage. After sending an email, I promptly received a phone call, but they seemed reluctant to offer any assistance. I was still able to install the part, but I don't feel that I should have to repair a $200 part in order to use it.

If you are ordering through their website I can guarantee you that you'll get fast shipping and if you have any questions somebody's always there to help I do wish that their actual store carried inventory so if you lived close by you could just go pick something up but unfortunately they don't really stock much

Everything arrived in good condition. But I would have say that an email confirmation with shipping info would be nice to send out to your customers. That way the customer would not have call and check up on the shipment. Thank you

I called Diesel Ops to ask a few questions as to what programming would be best for my application. I wanted a display and tuning. After consulting with a sales person I was told that the Tachyon tune is what I would need for towing and flexibility in tuning. Once I received my CAT and DPF eliminating race pipe and programmer, I installed the race pipe first then the programmer. When loading the Tachyon tune it clearly stated not for towing. So I contacted Diesel Ops and they told me that the Plus tune is for towing, not the Tachyon. They gave me the choice to return the programmer and it could be replaced with the Plus tune or I could purchase the plus tune and it could be added to the Electron display for another 100.00. I sure was not about to spend another two hours under my truck to reinstall my CAT and DPF to go back to factory programming until my Plus tune would arrive. Now I have the Tachyon tune that I will probably not use. If it would be an on the fly change from Plus tune to Tachyon tune, then I would definitely use it. But in order to change from one to the other you have to program the Plus tune back to factory then to Tachyon tune. Then the transmission needs to relearn your driving pattern. Even though they helped me out with the purchase of the Plus tune upgrade, I wish the sales staff would have been more informed about the products that they sell. This would have saved me some bucks.

I bought an h&s mini maxx, diesel ops egr delete and the mrsp cat and dpf delete pipe for my 2012 ram 3500. I ordered the parts on a Tuesday and I got it on the following Monday. I'm happy with the parts I received. Before I placed my order however, I emailed the sales department to ask a few questions about the parts. I never got a response even though I tried twice. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.
