Not how you conduct business!
They acknowledged the instructions were wrong and needed fixed asap. However still charged me $90 to replace a small piece of the kit. Which the whole kit was only $370. The guy said "im on your side, but thats the price. I dont want you to think im ripping you off" thats not how you conduct business and youll never get mine again.

Hello Josh, Last we talked I did agree that the instructions SHOULD have made mention to the fact that the firewall may need to be modified. This was above and beyond and you modified the downpipe which resulted in it being unusable. A call beforehand could have prevented that. I do apologize for the inconvenience and I want to make sure you know that We did not make these instructions, nor do we have any control. I did however take the extra time to do everything I could to get you the single piece you needed that wasnot even able to be sold on its own, but I still made it happen for you and I am sorry but yes we charged you what we were charged. I understand you are upset that you had to spend more money to replace a ruined pipe, but I did everything I could to help you out, I cannot simply send out free parts when a customer modifies a part that ends up not working. I can assure you that had we received a phone call prior to the modification, we could have swapped kits, taken a return or even credited a few dollars for the inconvenience, but that was not the case. If you would like to talk any further, i am always available at 888-992-7299 Ext.701 and we can talk about how to move forward as I thought this was all resolved weeks ago.
