I ordered a programmer, pillar mount, egr / throttle valve delete, intake, and 5" tbe for my 2016 Ram 2500. Diesel ops (Chris) was very knowledgeable and assisted me with putting a package together along with a very competitive price. Parts were processed and shipped quickly. I will be a future diesel ops customer.

Good place to buy, bought a tuner and it showed up on time. Support was able to answer my question without a problem. Would buy from again.

The initial customer service was great and speedy. Once the packages arrived, we started installation (Friday night). There were some missing pieces in one of the kits and the programmer power cord didn't work. After speaking with customer service the following Monday (not open on weekends), they credited me store credit for missing bolts and got me in touch with RaceMe for the new cord. The guys were very helpful.

Mark, I am very glad to hear you felt the ordering was easy and liked the prices we were able to offer. However I am very sorry to hear you had some bolts missing as well as a defective cord. We never heard anything about this and would have gladly overnighted parts to you to get this correct and get you on your way even if the parts were not our parts. We would like the chance to make this right however possible and would really like to make you want to come back and do business with us. I have attempted to contact you and have left you a voicemail. Looking forward to getting this taken care of and helping this get taken care of. Thank you Chris - Sales Manager 888-992-7299 EXT 702

This kit made an improved performance with the truck quite obvious. The installation was clearly stated and depicted. My technicians only issue was that there was NO instructions included with the product. He went onto the site and downloaded over 20 pages on the instructions and manual which I provided to the customer. For the cost of the kit,at least the installation guide could have been included. He had to take time to get this from your website, and you know,a technicians time is VALUABLE.

shipping information was never updated and when we called because it had been over a week since we ordered they had not even shipped the product out. Chris called to explain what went wrong and offered some suggestions to not have this happen in the future.

Charlene, I want to apologize again about the issue that we had this is something that has been addressed and should not be able to happen again. I realize we did expedite the shipping on this when it did go out but it was still not out in the time that we strive to meet. This is not ever what I like to hear and what I ever want you to have this kind of problem. You will not have this issue and I am glad we were able to come to not only a understanding but a resolution that will work out for you and help you out, Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help you out or anything else that you need. Thank you Chris Sales Manager 888-992-7299 EXT 702
