Great product, horrible experience.
Got a great price on a good product, but after a month and a half, my truck is still down. Due to a lack of understanding of product fitment on DO's part, my system is incomplete and will remain that way as far as they are concerned. I was advised that they would not complete it the kit and I have had to order parts elsewhere. I know where to go for my parts next time. In response to their response: No effort was made to provide the correct part after I provided the part number that was required to complete the kit. They offered for me to return the already installed parts but never offered to sell my the correct part. I purchased it elsewhere and now my truck is back on the road after nearly two months.

Hello Luke, When you purchased this kit that was for the wrong year and for the wrong vehicle we offered to take care of you but when you needed a added pipe that is not included with the delete kits that are sold we could not offer to give that to you for free, we would have gladly taken care of you to get you a pipe at the best price we could but like stated we could not do it for free.
