The shipping estimate when the order was placed was from 3 to 5 days. The actual time to deliver is now 10 days. That's a bait and switch. All I received from customer service when I asked why the delay was that it technically wasn't late. That's terrible customer service, if you say it will be delivered within 2 to 5 days and it turns out to be 10 days, there is nothing "technical" about it, I was given wrong information from the start in an effort to hook me in to the purchase. I will never do business with Dicks Sporting Goods again.

Terrible privacy policy. Way to hard to delete account

Paid for shoes online, confirmed, went to store... no shoes. Tried selling me a substitute. Refused to get me the pair I wanted. Bizarre. Don't trust these people. I bought my shoes elsewhere.

Terribly slow and unresponsive.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with the store d I c k Sporting Goods. I ordered a fishing rod that arrived broken due to what can only be described as very poor packaging. The rod was placed in an oversized box (approximately 8 feet long) with minimal packing material and no proper structural protection. There was nothing preventing it from shifting or bending during transit. For a $200 item especially something as fragile as a fishing rod I expected significantly more care. Industry standard is to use a rigid tube or reinforced packaging to prevent damage. This was not done. What’s even more frustrating is that when I contacted the store, I was told I would not be able to return it. That is completely unacceptable. The damage was clearly the result of inadequate packaging, not customer misuse. I am requesting a proper resolution either a replacement or a full refund. Additionally, I strongly urge you to review your packaging practices to prevent this from happening to other customers. A rigid tube and appropriately sized box should be standard for shipping fishing rods. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I hope you take responsibility and make it right.

Website forces app usage, app refuses to connect personal info required to make purchases while website works perfectly fine. First customer service call was over 30m and wasn't even logged. Second 30m call was "promised" to be escalated, sent them screenshots of issue, after 5 days still hasn't been addressed and multiple follow-ups for update have been completely ignored. Will not shop at Dicks again. Update: going on 3 weeks now, getting ghosted by customer service. I am beginning to think just like the first calls I made that no ticket was ever opened. App still doesn't link to my information and can't be used. Gave me "points" that didn't reflect and couldn't be used, took 4 days to reply to that and then claimed it was a coupon that needed a code for the app I can't use. Absolute worst customer service I've dealt with in a long long time.

Becarfull with these store when shopping online,they advertise sneakers for low price and in sale but is all a big fat lie. I wass looking for some baseball cleats for my son on size 8.5 and some how DICKS SPORTING show up with a nice and good price ranging from 25 dollars to 35 so I decided to shop.but the trick from that store is like these.the price is true and real but they dont have no sizes or shoes only the price.that is a scam big scam.whoever I decide to keep searching and finally found one for 38 dollars but size 9 and they dont want to shipped if I dont buy a 2nd pair. So I decide to biy a 2nd pair for 55 dollars size 8.5.they say it will be there in two days ,its been 5 days and still waiting on those shoes. So just be alert when shopping for DICKS SPORTING GOODS THAY FALSE ADVERTISING AND SCAMING PEOPLE. The good reviews are 100% FAKE,FAKE,FAKE.

I ordered a pickleball paddle online & they delivered a (clearly) used one. I returned it & ordered another, crossing my fingers that they would deliver a new one. They did, but they refund only after 21 business days! Compare that to Amazon which refund same day (to your acct) or w/i a few days of receiving the merchandise. Do they think that I will ever buy anything from them again, online?
