Ive spent thousands and thousands of dollars in this store and am proud to say I WILL NO LONGER EVER SHOP IN ONE OF THESE BRANCHES EVER AGAIN. I was informed by co workers that d1ckhead sporting goods has taken action against our constitutional rights as law abiding American citizens and is now against the right to bear arms. I ADVISE ALL FUTURE SHOPPERS TO NOT SHOP IN THESE STORES AS A RESPONSE TO THE GUN GRABBING SHEEP OWNERS. Support your local mom and pop stores and avoid this over rated California store. BOO CUCKS SHAME ON YOU!! YOU TRIED THIS BEFORE AND IT BACKFIRED!

I placed an order for new nike golf irons. When they arrived, 4 of the 7 clubs were missing the protective plastic wrap. One of those was scuffed up, clearly used for practice before being sold to me at full price. Customer service chat wished me to send them back in the mail for return. I plan on using the pictures that I took to deter others from making the same mistake that I made in ordering from them. Total crap. Order #10085120300

I purchased an item online through D#ck's website. It was 71.00 total. I was charged when the order was placed and charged again when it shipped. A week ago. The item has been delivered. To top it off, they sent the wrong item. I still have TWO charges on my account. Not are currently "pending". I called my bank (BOA) and spoke with them, they told me to contact Di#k's, which I did. I used their online chat support. I asked for the hold to be removed. All the person kept saying was ok, you want to place a hold on the transaction? I went round and round with her because she was clearly having issues with her brain and eventually told her thank you, you were absolutely no help. I'll be calling and peaking with a person next to try and resolve this. The fact they hold twice the amount of money as what you purchased for "up to 5 business days" is utter bull s@#t....what are you doing with my money....not to mention, you can't even send the correct item?!

I agree. Don't order from D*ck's unless you want to experience the worst shopping mishaps you have in your entire life. This fly-by-night company sent me a pair of USED shoes! Their excuse? The shoes were on clearance! Since when does clearance=used? I paid $85 dollars for used shoes, clearance or not! On top of that, they wanted me to mail the shoes back to them before they would refund my money. I can understand their position but with such an egregious error, you'd think they'd want to do anything to make it right. Nope. I ended up having to drive these dirty shoes to my closest D*ck's (defeats the purpose of online shopping, right?) in an attempt to exchange them. Of course, the brick and mortar store did not carry the shoes I was seeking. Finally, I dealt with a nonchalant manager who couldn't have cared less...never has a store's name been so fitting. Never again.

Don"t order anything from these people.
