DICK'S Sporting GoodsReviews of dickssportinggoods.com

Can't trust their promotions. They will advertise 20% off everything, then have a bunch of find print saying they won't discount every name brand. Their inventory can't be trusted for online orders. Their decision to stop selling AR type firearms and have them destroyed violates one of the fundamental rights of Americans. Forget doing business with them.

I purchased a pair of boots for my daughter, online. Two days later I receive an email that D1ck's is offering 20% off on the same boots!!! So, I am currently on the phone with my 2nd call into their customer service because the first one claimed they cannot give a 20% discount on an order despite just ordering it 2 days ago. That I can re-order the product and return the first one on the day it arrives or wait for my first order to arrive and hope there is 20% discount going on the day I receive the product. I asked for her supervisor as that sounded incredibly ridiculous to ask a customer to jump through hoops for $21!!!!!!. She lied and claimed she was one. Please - we've all worked at some level at customer service and know you are lying bold face because supervisors don't take call center calls like this!!!! They do supervisor work!!!!! So I hung up on her lying a**, called back and the 2nd rep gave me a supervisor (Brianna) who acknowledged they actually can give a discount within 2 weeks of. my purchase as long as it is one of their discounts not a competitor's. So she is applying it to my order. WHY DID I NEED TO BE FRUSTRATED LIKE THAT ON A SUNDAY FOR $21!! WHY MAKE CUSTOMERS GO THROUGH THAT KIND OF GARBAGE!!!!!! Skip the stupidity and recognize that it isn't worth losing someone over $21 on a $104 order!!!!!!

Called store to confirm availability via a SKU number. She could not locate the SKU so went to the store. Item not stocked so employee ordered it using my ID as reference. Item shipped to my old address so called store. Was told that they could not help because it was a customer service issue. Ask for customer service phone number & was connected to a manager, Mike I believe. Left on hold for 15 minutes (their phones ring when you are on hold) then someone picked up and hung up the phone. They had my order number & contact info but no call back or effort of any kind. Cancelled order & asked for refund. Will never use this company again. (if you use the company name here Trustpilot see it as profanity. Maybe they know something we don't)

I gave one star because that's as low as you can go ;; no stars is what I want to give ;;; went 3 times to refill Co2 bottles and one time they said we don't fill on week ends ;; the next time they claim the machine was broke and the next time they claimed they the tanks were empty ;; LAZY PEOPLE ;;; on all three times I was the only one at the counter

My order came in the mail badly packaged and damaged not ordering on line again.

I visited DSG Florida mall store on 15th September and purchased a baseball glove. DSG charged me twice for this order. On 2nd October I received a refund for the double charge. Incredibly they haven't actually refunded the full balance of the double charge so somehow I have actually ended up paying for DSG's mistake.

I recently went to Richards Sporting Goods retail store was in the market for a kayak of about 10 kayaks they were advertising they only had one available in one color not only that the manager of the store lied about their inventory giving up on the store I then went to their online website to order only to have more frustration after paying $100 for shipping I still don't have the product 3 weeks later Richards apparently uses subpar shipping to supplement their subpar retail business naming the shipping company Arc and a BF or AFB one of the at any rate also extremely poor company you will only encounter poor poor service in frustration with them as well these two partners should not be expected for any satisfaction if you don't believe this review try it for yourself if you're in the mood for being abused and frustrated at a high price there are too many other places and companies that deserve your business do not go with these companies trust me or find out for yourself the hard way

Use to be my “go to store”, No longer shop here for ANYTHING due to their idiotic views on my RIGHTS as an American Citizen.
