D-cks sporting goods promotes that they price match. Royal king has lumberjack pellets for 899 a bag d***'s sells it for 1499 a bag they will not match the price which is total bull crap.

I just say one of your commercials on espn what a joke i go in there the only person i see is at the cash register then i walk out and go to a real sporting good store you blew with nra so stupid good luck i hope go out of business

My only experience here was horrible!! They completely were wrong about the co2 tanks I purchased (yes they come filled). I took my children to go shoot them after purchasing, we all put camos on as well as the full amount of safety gear only to find out they come empty. So 2 hours,120 dollars and a 25 mile drive later: I'm not thrilled. Now 3 months later and the machine to fill them is still broken!! The only place in a hour radius.

BAIT & SWITCH!!! Ordered products online on 3/16 and was given the GUARANTEED delivery date of both items as 3/22. A few days later when checking my order status, one of my products delivery date was changed until April 1st. I never received an email stating that there was a change. When I contacted customer service, they told me that April 1st was always my delivery date. WHICH WAS WRONG!!! (I would have never order something to be shipped to my house that would take 2 FULL WEEKS for me to get when I could have picked it up in store.) I explained that to them and even had my original email stating my confirmed order & delivery dates. They could not cancel the order, AND they cannot switch it to In-Store-Pickup. My only two options was to either wait until I receive the product, or buy another one & return the one I get in the mail, basically paying for it twice. They did offer me a $10 credit that I can't use until APRIL 9th!!! BAIT & SWITCH!!!

This company has been going downhill for years, employee knowledge of products, customer service, keeping items stocked on shelves. But we have given them the benefit of the doubt because they are nearby and are convenient. One thing I’ve always loved about them, is if you forget your coupon, they will still honor it. Particularly if you are a rewards member. Which I am. Today I came in to buy some rollers because I have IT band problems. I forgot my coupon, again. Apparently, Dix no longer honors your coupons unless you have them. I asked if the Clerk’s boss would be able to help, and he called and said they can’t help me. I said that’s a shame, because I will go and buy them from target, which is even closer to my house. They said OK. I guess when you decide that you don’t want your customer enough to honor a coupon that is an every weekend news flyer, you really don’t want that customer at all. That’s OK Dix, I’ve moved on too. Good riddance

I spent about $80, plus shipping, on a pair of Sorrel slippers. They were used, a bit dirty and in a box marked display when they arrived. They were obviously not new as what I had ordered and paid for. Why would DicksSporting Goods think I have the time to work for you for free to return your used items when I paid a new price? I have shopped at DicksSporting Goods quite a little for sporting goods when I am near one of your stores, though I do not live by one. Why should I take my time driving an hour to return them, or spend 8 dollars on shipping to return used shoes? I really would like to know why DicksSporting Goods would think I would want to do that? I know it is only 80 dollars and not a big deal but seriously DicksSporting Goods is this used dirty shoes a joke or something? It is not the mfg, this is DicksSporting Goods issues.

Was supposed to receive my sons Christmas items ordered 12/17/18 now it’s 1/4/2019 and still no merchandise. Excuses excuses. Requested a refund. Poor service!!!
