Horrible service, and you wonder why you lost $250 million in one quarter.

Horrible service

I ordered a product online that was promised to be delivered in 6 calendar days. It didn't even ship until after 7 days, and then 5 days after shipping I am still waiting, and they are saying at least another two. They even charge for shipping! To top it off, I contacted their support, and they tried to blame it on the courier, even though they didn't ship until after the promised date. This company is a joke and a rip off. I will be letting everyone I know hear about the poor service they offer, and make sure they stay away for future purchases.

i bought 3 pants.after they accept my order days after they cancelled part of it.the original order was 3 pieces.I received separeted and the second piece is dirty like used before.Bad experience

I went into my local store in Marysville WA to purchase some basketballs and nets for a local apartment complex. The kids at this complex could be considered underprivileged. I located two relatively inexpensive indoor outdoor basketballs to go along with the synthetic nets I purchased; due to the basketballs hoops at the complex not having nets. I thought the gesture of providing a few basketballs would go a long way as well. The balls had two prices, $24.99 and $29.99. When I asked the cashier why the two prices, she said that one was mis-marked. She then said that the higher priced ball was the correct price. Now this might not seem like much, but I asked the cashier to match the price of $24.99 for each ball and her reply was no and that she should be charging me $29.99 for both balls. I explained what I was doing and she told me again that she would discount the mis-marked ball to the $24.99 but would not discount the $29.99 ball. Now I should have just left and went somewhere else but I wanted to take care of the kids. People wonder why customers shop on line!!! I truly believe in shopping local but if it means shopping at store, I will be shopping on-line before I go to them again! Great way to give back to the community they service! and PS how is mentioning this store inappropriate?

The customer service is terrible. I stopped by to buy a pair of gym shoes and I could not get anyone to help me. This is the store in Yorktown, Illinois. I have had the same experience with other locations. I would like to support brick and mortar stores, but the service is terrible. I went home and ordered shoes on Zappos!

SERIOUSLY: think about it folks. Any place that has 3 times more 1 star reviews then it has four star reviews is a place to stay away from. no one should ever consider walking into that store. And remember they are anti-nra, anti-second amendment, anti veteran, which in my opinion makes them anti-American.I think enough's enough it's time to show our support to other places such as sportsman's Warehouse. Boycott D*ck's Sporting goods at all cost
